It was between this place & Muldoons that I realized I just am not a UP Pasty fan. On the other hand, the pizza was actually pretty good and the service here is phenomenal!! Cool place, run by even cooler people!!

Coming up to the U.P. and was looking for the best Pastie around. This was excellent! The beef Pastie was delicious with the perfect structured pastry dough robust unique beef filling. This is my first Pastie and the flavor profile on this baby is a must try.

The pasties are great and the coleslaw is the best we've ever had. It disappoints me that I cant order pasties AND coleslaw on 2 day shipping, but it's just one more reason to go back to ishpeming next year.

Beyond good food! We had a Cudighi, BBQ pulled pork, cheese steak and a beef pasti and a pizza. Absolutely solid food, the boys and the wife were all happy and full! Only 3 tables so be prepared to order and wait in the car. But it is worth it!

I picked up a couple of the original pasties to take back to our cabin and bake. They were delicious and we will be stopping back for more to take home!

Wow!! So good and such a lucky find! We got the 17oz beef Pasty and the Cudighi “with the works” and it was amazing! Plus the service was great and even the patrons were friendly! Refreshing since we had not had a similar experience at a nearby restaurant earlier in the day. Also, the place was BUSY with so many people coming in to pick up their to-go orders! Clearly it’s a locals favorite and for a good reason! Oh and great prices for the amount of food you get too! Thank you for the great food and happily accommodating my dairy allergy!

Delicious pasties but they didn’t have gravy?! If they had, it would have easily been 5 stars! Coleslaw was tasty. Local market had gravy so it all worked out.
